I cooked. Big news around these parts considering I haven't cooked much of anything in two weeks (with the exception of that spaghetti taco Father's Day dinner).
Ancho lime chicken with roasted sweet potato wedges and Brussel's sprouts (Alicia's second favorite vegetable)
