Soo...for dinner, I cooked a squash that was as big as the dog. There isn't a whole lot more that can be said about that other to mention the dog was not really wanting to pose next to a large squash.
Yes, I washed it before I cooked it. Duh.
I cut it up into boats and stuffed it with a spanish rice type mixture.
It wasn't too bad.
